An Energetic Care session is an intuitive healing session that can include Zero Balancing, The Bars, Reiki, Spiritual Alignment Connection, Craniosacral Therapy and “Guided Channeled Spiritual Visual” Technique. This work can help remove hidden blockages, glean information on limiting beliefs and even aid physical ailments. This appointment-based service can be scheduled in person. Zero Balancing (ZB) is a hands-on body-mind system of therapy that balances the relationship of energy and structure within the bones and tissues of the body. ZB uses energy movement to integrate Western medical science with Eastern energy healing traditions into an original, practical and coherent bodywork skill. The Bars are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life. During an Access Bars session, a practitioner gently touches these points to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, decisions and beliefs that may have limited you in the concerned life areas. Reiki is a holistic, natural, hands-on energy healing technique that helps balance our energy fields, as well as our energy centres known as “chakras”. Through the balancing of energy, it helps to enhance the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It brings about deep relaxation, helps to remove energy blockages, provides new vitality, and increases the vibrational frequency of the body. The Spiritual Alignment Connection takes place over two sessions, ideally on consecutive days or 1-2 days apart. Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes and afterwards you have the opportunity to share your impressions, thoughts and observations of what occurred during the session. The Craniosacral System consists of the membranes and fluid that surround and support the brain and spinal cord. It extends from the bones of the head (cranium) down to the bones at the base of the spine (sacrum). The fluid within the membranes is continuously draining and refilling, it can be felt anywhere in the body by the trained therapist. These movements are the craniosacral rhythm. They occur at a rate of about six to twelve complete cycles per minute. Guided Channeled Spiritual Visual Technique is a visualization technique brings the client to heal and shift, at a deeper level in the conscious and unconscious mind. An instantly powerful technique that helps release past or current traumas, empowering the client to create a new and abundant life.
